Made for Reno’s older neighborhoods and new subdivisions
Reno’s housing spans older homes near downtown and the Old Southwest to the newer subdivisions in the south and in Sparks:
- Older Old Southwest and midtown homes often have small kitchens and walls that are no longer square, where cabinets cut to the room fit without filler strips.
- Newer homes with builder-grade particle board boxes, where moving to plywood boxes and dovetail drawers is the real upgrade.
- High-desert air. Very dry winters and big temperature swings are easier on plywood than on particle board, and your designer can steer wood choices to suit.
Delivery and installation in Reno
Reno is about 200 road miles from our shop, over I-80. Cabinets travel wrapped and fully assembled, with delivery priced for your address and included in your fixed-price quote. Winter deliveries are scheduled around conditions on the pass.
Your own contractor or installer fits them, working from boxes labeled against the drawings, with your designer available throughout.
How it works
- Discovery. A 30-minute call on your goals, budget and room. Send plans, photos or measurements if you have them.
- Design. Your designer prepares 3D renderings, material boards and cabinet drawings. Door and finish samples ship to your home, and three rounds of revisions are included.
- Finalize. Construction-ready drawings, an appliance spec sheet and a fixed-price quote that includes delivery to your address.
- Production. About 8 weeks in our Concord shop, with milestone updates along the way.
- Delivery. Your cabinets arrive fully assembled, labeled to match the drawings and wrapped, about 12 weeks from the first call.
What comes as standard
- Plywood boxes, never particle board: 3/4-inch on frameless, and 1/2-inch behind a solid face frame on framed, with 3/4-inch available
- Cut to your sizes in 1/16-inch increments, so nothing needs a filler strip to fit
- Full-extension dovetail drawers and soft-close hinges
- Built in the United States and delivered fully assembled, never flat-packed
- A limited lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship
