Custom cabinets for multifamily and apartment projects
We’re a cabinet shop in Concord, California. We build plywood cabinets to your plans for apartment, condo and multifamily projects, CNC-cut so every unit matches, and deliver them assembled and labeled, ready to hang.
How a multifamily job runs

1. Send the plans
Unit plans, elevations, finish schedule and appliance specs. We draw each unit type in KCD and turn it into shop drawings, with renderings for the owner or architect.
2. You sign off each unit type
Before anything is cut, we go through the shop drawings with you on a video call, unit type by unit type. Nothing goes to the saw until you have approved them.

3. We build it in our shop
Parts are CNC-cut from the approved drawings, so the last unit matches the first. Boxes are assembled and finishes sprayed in our Concord shop, at a price fixed before we start.
4. It arrives ready to hang
Every cabinet arrives fully assembled, labeled to the shop drawings and wrapped, so the install crew sets each box where the plan says, with no assembly on site.

Why it suits repeat units
Every unit matches
CNC-cut parts from one set of approved drawings, so unit forty is built exactly like unit one.
Labeled to the plan
Each box is labeled against the shop drawings, so the right cabinets reach the right unit.
One contact
You deal with the shop’s owner, Sean Carroll, from the first drawing to the last box delivered.
